    Exclamation Scout player

    So at the start of the season Im looking foward to buy a scout . The best scout in my scout list is 23yo MR with SA of penalty kick. so im wondering hist Q is78 and value is 30,2Mio so would be good playing with him on MC positon or shoul I wait for some time of period tu buy a stronger player with natural position MC????
