I had a DC who didn't got injured once - Hard Trained countless number of times and has player over 60 matches but since yesterday he has got injured TWICE in training...Why this ???

That's the law of averages catching up with him :p
In 3 seasons, my ST Crofts has been injured only twice inspite of all trainings and he plays All matches. One of the injury was for 2 days, the other for 4.... There are others who are injured more than twice every season......
