superior teams
I have currently qualified for the next stage of the Champions League.fantastic until i saw who i am to play if i get through this round.I have to play a team who I have faced in the last 4 seasons.A team who has won the League,Cup and Champions League for the last 4 seasons.A team whose players are either Legends or Superstars. It takes all the fun out of the game as I have about as much chance of beating him as I have of winning the lottery. My team is quite a good standard but this manager has taken it to a ridiculous level. What is the point of playing this game when you have no chance of winning. And before somebody says you always have a chance, the last 4 times I have played him he has scored over 25 goals against me and I have scored 1.It is definitely becoming the more you spend the more you win,but then why should I be so surprised.I have spent money on the game myself,my wife says too much but I think I have finally learned my lesson.I think my days of Top Eleven are coming to an end, which is a shame as I have enjoyed playing up until now.

There is always a chance of causing an upset.
You've probably seen countless threads of people complaining about losing to inferior teams, so you should set out to make your opposition one of those!
I knocked a team, that was 3 stars lower than me, out of the cup 3 times in a row, and he knocked me out this season.
I was in the same boat a couple of seasons ago...I am a scout buyer myself, but there was a chap who kept appearing in my CL who would literally buy every player off the list, and he knocked me out 3 seasons in a row.
Now, this season he is not in my CL so i have a chance of going for the cup.
You should set up a defensive formation, and set yourself up for counter attacks. Think about how Oldham must have felt when they got Liverpool in the FA cup two times in a row, and they beat us first time around.
Good luck! :)

This players team is so superior to any other team I have seen on Top Eleven. It is like Hyde United playing Barcelona.I set up to play defensive the last 4 times I played him and counter attacking, but when his whole team are all Legends it is a complete waste of time.Whoever this player is he must have found a cheat to improve his players to Legends,or he must be a millionaire.lol

Post a screeny of his team, if you can.
I'll see if i can give you a hand with some tactics against him. :)

Is he your friend in TOP11 ??? If so then immediately unfriend him to avoid any future encounter with him...

Two words.
A. Keep playing. If he is Barcelona to your team, face him like you would face Barcelona.
B. Stop spending, it aint pay to guarantee victory and they are various categories of tokens buyers around from casuals to no lifers. Should I repeat myself??? it just dont worth it, if you look at the big picture.

You are spot on I have spent money in the past to improve my team but would have to spend a few grand to get to the standard of this player.Surely he must find it a bit boring as he wins everything every season and hardly ever loses a game.

With a few grant I would rather get playstation 4 and play online, than spent a nickel in top eleven or whatever facebook flash game... this is the big pic i was telling you about ;)

No he is not my friend I just keep getting drawn against him in both cup competitions.I am just unlucky I suppose.I will just have to hope all his players get injured at the same time, but he has probably got an unlimited supply of treatments ready and waiting. To train a player from scout to superstar takes over 2000 tokens,it costs 100 pounds for 1300 tokens, this manager has trained 16 players up to this standard. As I have stated he has found a cheat somewhere or he has more money than sense.

1st i don`t get how you keep getting him in the cup as you said his team are full of superstar`s unless you both have same quality team
2nd is he`s not on your friends list so the only other way to avoid him every season is tank one season (but save your skill point`s for the next season) this way you should not meet again
