question about auto subs

when my team plays and i dont watch, there are never any subs unless of injury. is there a way to make it so if one of my players is really fatigued that it will sub?

I think sub only works when the are injured players when you offline.

Only change your injured players and when you are offline.

Like Kazouma said it only works for injuries, and that's the way it should be otherwise the only benefit of watching the games would be the possession bonus.
