I don't know if this is happening to everyone or if i have been unlucky but at this time of the season i seem to pick up many injury's and its always when there is an important match coming up.
For instance i had my Cup Semi and CL Semi and guess what 4 players injured in a 24hr period.
Anyone else had this or noticed it ?
That also happens to me, and If it isent injurys is suspension because of second yellow or red card.
not for me this season but in others yes and towards the end of the season far too long injuries !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I picked up 4 injuries in the same game. and guess what? 3 of them were strikers!!!! luckily I had 37 med packs from farming

Today i got a 17days MC injured during normal stretching, he overstretched himself!!

I'm sure that the game have a form to regulate the injuries depending of some factors... wich factors?... lots of treatments saved maybe? xD..
I have seasons with lots of injuries and seasons with less... and some players I think that are selected to have more % of injurie when the season start, that's why sometimes we see the same player injured for 3rd time in a season.
all are % programmed by default.
I agree with what people have posted on many threads in the past about injuries that week 1 and week 4 are the peak weeks for injury. If your squad is big enough let your players heal naturally at the beginning of the season. Save all your red packs and only use them in week 4 when as you point out you need them for the league run in and important cup matches.
I think Khris is right in that i seem to get 1 bad year then a good year injury wise
