3hr 5% rest time changed

I was wondering why my fitness level was not where it should be then i noticed the timing has change, it was 5 to the hour so at 8.55am my player`s where fully fit and i had no game on when this 5% goes on so timing should not have changed now i`v noticed that instead of next 5% being at 11.55pm its now 11.20 pm ?? has anyone one else had this change in time out of the blue, this ain`t a moan just a warning for you guys to check to see if yours has changed and need to work out fitness level`s between matches

I noticed mine has changed over the past 3 seasons but only by a couple of minutes.

yep if you have a game when you are due this 5% then will get added just after match so timing will change that way where as with mine my 5% was at 8.55am with league game at 9.15am so timing should not have changed

I noticed that CARDIO training that's supposed to use up 6% stamina takes away 13-18% now.
Dis anyone notice that?

if you are using hard cardio then more % will be used as well other`s depending on age of player if young they are faster trainer using more % than the older player`s

Since the start of the game(since I started playing) i have that feeling that I get more condition overnight than im supposed to..... I thought that it was just a miscalculation on my side but it almost always happens, like the rest clock is faster.......

Moved 15 minutes later

My 3 hours, 5% has been moving slowly later over this season by a few minutes.
