could this be best formation for 1/4 final match ?

the oppo i`m playing beat me at home 1-0 ( knew they`d score in 89 min, lol), so this is my formation against there 4-1-2-1-2 formation,

i plan a 3-1-4-2 formation counter attack getting ball down both flanks pressing whole pitch , mixed passing and man on man marking, i am also doing win bonus

added info there ave team rating is 43.6 ( 5 star) mine is 34.9 ( 3 star) although i can use my skill point`s to ave around 40 but saving them for next season ( once i see what kind of league in if promoted ).

if anyone has any other way i`d be quite happy to consider

well i went with o/p formation only for it to go to pot in first 5 mins, had to be forced into changes with two injuries in first 5 mins one defender and dcm
