Usually I've never paid tokens for a U21 player. This time a 4star arrived... seems good, but does he worth the cost? simple answer: in the "compare to" another player value and wage are well visible. :-)

The value/wage thing is stupid don't believe in it...
they cost alot of tokens... I preffer to know their value in order to decide if spend tokens or not... at least if it is then convinient to sell them

it workmy best talent has value/wage rate of 60 and trains the fastest of all team. another player has value/wage rate of 21 and train much much slower.
