Player with higher rating on my level

[July Fourth]

I am on level 26 , even if I bought 14 players on scout level , I would get at the most 153 rating pointes, but I have a player with a 156.4 rating with players above 160! how is this possible??

Power Training or Personal Trainer. I'm Level 28 with a team rating of 167.6 (Which equates to 157.6 for your Level 26 on 'relative' terms) And have a starting line up of 8* players with three 9* players this season.
