Do you remember why Windows Vista was such a nightmare to change anything?
It's because the average person needs multiple sirens to avoid doing something wrong.

I expect it may be a language issue too, if the game isn't in your native one it could be confusing.

The last paragraph should be in red that way if people are reading it in English and its not their first language it does give them some kind of visual warning.
