there is the problem, using diferent formations. u need to stick with a formation even if you loose 1 or 2 matches but in the end your team will settle and start winning. I myself have the same formation for 2 seasons now and i only had 5 draws and lost 3. I played with X numbers of formations and the team handled good. I believe nordeus has a start up message when loading the game saying dont change your formations too often. Now correct me if i am wrong
