The reason you'll probably find quite a lot of Asians with token heavy teams is that they're cheaper to buy in these countries.

Saying that, I've been up against my fair share of Western token buyers.

Not only Asians. Germans invest a lot in the game.

There was also an English guy who had already spent over £1000. You can buy tickets, trips and accomodations to a Champions League final for that much. Insane. Some people really have no notion of the chunks of life they throw away into a game, a Facebook game. Time, life, money, irretrievable.

You only live once. Don't let your brain be affected by things like this.

There is also Darth Sidious, July Fourth, dv8r, The Dark Knights etc on this forum... All spent loads of money.

I concur, in fact you can see it in real football.

Wigan knocked Man City out of the FA Cup twice in a row.

You could say it's a case of Passion vs. Money, so if you can be more successful than a token buyer, it makes it all the sweeter

What is this all about token byers, except some cases, how many token per season most T byers are buying? 80? 200?. Token farming is mostly behind strong teams as i am reading could reach 1000T per season easily and reach as much as 4000T using some tricks which allready advised by a thread in the forum.

I'd get around 500 a season by farming WITHOUT proxies, as some users were in the guides, this is classed as being against the rules.

But you do raise a good point, when I first started I'd buy around 50 tokens a season and use them for cash/boosters, so I guess you could say that is token buying, although it didn't reflect in my squad.
As I started to progress in the game, I'd buy around 400 a season and use that to maintain a scout squad - so you could call that your 'standard token buyer'.

On the other hand you have people like July Fourth who buy enough tokens to maintain 8* teams, but these are rare in my eyes.

In my CL groups, there's usually 2 out of 32 teams who are token buyers, so it's not as bad of an epidemic as people make out.

I love asian players, I am on Thai server..... believe or not, I havent played for last 9 seasons against one Vietnamese player, I dont even have a flag, few germans, lots of Italians and little bit of Turks. Thai players might have good teams but believe me, they have NO CLUE how to manage the team and about the tactics .... ? I have a friend who plays with me for 10 seasons and we speak through google translate haha and when I showed him counter table formations he was like... where did you get that ? from other planet ? LOL ... so funny these guys are ... nice and harmless....

What I do not like is that they can get triple amount of Tokens for same money .... and please do not give me that stupid argument that they do not earn lot of money... yes I do earn more but I do live in most expensive area in the world ( north america + Europe) so we are equal in this area.... so if I get 150 tokens, they can afford 450 in some areas... eh
