You should befriend him, and the rest of his league and his cup opp and their league managers..etc.
Will help you buy your 5* players going forward. Works for me.
Ok all this is fine but it still does not gives the answer of my question...
How can a level 12 manager bid for level 8 player...The lowest level he can bid for should be level 10...
In the case that he is a Lev 12 manager playing in a League Lev 10 and biding to a 3 * player.lol
Or he could of taken over a new team by that new feature.
