So I have this 18y old, super fast trainer GK and I was wondering about adding a SA.
He got his 5th star today and has some great stats so far. I am just in League level 3 at the moment, thats why I am not sure if it is worth it in the lower leagues and also because no one really knows when the SA comes in to play and if it does, what it does exactly.

So, what would you do?

That SA comes into play when an opposition player gets through on goal and gets one on one with your keeper.

In these situations, your keeper will 'gain a star'.

The 50 points you'd spend on his SA could go into him gaining an extra star for use in all situations on the pitch, so I'd say no, it's not worth it.

I'd agree don't bother with the special ability still train him hard and feed him green packs but assign the skill points to his stats

I would not bother bro! I trained a S.A. MC, in season 2 but the time it took me to get all the points it I was into the next level so he lost a star! he was still ok for about two seasons but from what Im led to believe a player that has a SA is only as good as the star he is so if he if you have say a MC SA 2* 25 and a MC 2*27 the player without the SA is better plus if you then go to the next level the SA will be 1* what ever and the average 2* player is better!, Save your points for the extra star bro unless you are going to throw boosters at him and power train.

I will. I just love assigning a lot of them at once
Since I power train him I can assign a lot of SP a day.

It's not worth it,
It would have more sense if you buy a GK with that ability

He is just too good and only 18y old.
