How much are they worth and how much they earn (wage)?
if u divide value and wage there must be high result :)
example:
2.000.000 value /(divide) 80.000 wage = 25 = slow training, not good
but
2.000.000 value / 30.000 wage = 66.6 = fast training, potential
this only work with youth player or player generate from nordeus but is accurate
Players only be able to train at maximum speed between 18-21 years old after that they decrease a but between 22-25, then a lot between 26-29 and after that the training rythm is just to slow.
You have already noticed that players with same age and quality and diferent prices, that happens because the cheapers 18 years oldWill train like a 26 years old players, taking a lot to improve.
The players with the higher price Will train very fast, being able to gain a lot of SP average of 2-3/day only with dayli training.
Beware being a fast trainer, dosent mean he Will perform better that a slow trainer, he just Will train faster, being able to be in the team more seasons.
After you have taken into consideration & understood what Dman2pt & Leandra explained, then you can try to keep the two players for one season and see how they perform the next season. I have had players who simply do not want to play well but I bench them, train them (if fast trainer) and they usually pick up the second season. I've also had players who play 5 matches and rate 5 but I persisted with them (due to the fact that I stop myself from buying players on day 7 - transfer window) and they deliver.
nice, thanks guys!
then the best way to increase the market value for this players!
how this will happen?
maybe when they have good performance in the games ?
To increase market value, you need to increase player's stars...regardless of on pitch performances. I had a player worth around $8M last season, didn't play him but trained him to additional 2 stars. His value increased to just under $11M.
Also, adding a special ability doesn't increase player value but there is a possibility of a bidding war on him and you may get more for him. Best sale I achieved is 100% profit for a playmaker I sold, but this is rare!
Try resting them for a couple of games then put them back in and see if there stats improve.
i see your player`s only have +4 and +6 with screen shot that`s slow to get skill point to improve they need to reach 100 in training/playing and it looks like they are only on 80% to get the skill point and every 15 skill point is next rating up
Not sure if these 2 players ever will get +100 when only trained on "medium". But I doubt they will on "hard" either.
And just to clarify you can't raise the value and then they will train faster. The speed always stays the same. Except when they age of course. Then it goes down.
