This game almost do not have any rules to read, Why people dont read them first.

If you put GK not in Goal you get the possession penalty. Other players out of position the big penalty is not incurred.
oh that means if my player is DMR but i put at DC there wont be any penalty?

Other than he might play poorly, no. Read the wiki link I put up, it is really clear description.
They say you lose 2% posession.
Better than llosing 80%.
If you have 11 goal keepers, better to play them outfield than playing them all in front of the woodwork, right?
An illegal formation will mean you will play the whole match with 20% possession.
Playing a player out of position will mean you will suffer a 2% possession penalty for each.
Having more than two players on one flank counts as an illegal formation.
