My opinion,
If you wanna use the player buy at before season start, coz 3* player will continue play at that level and keep applying skill point at necessary category. If you wanna buy 3* for next season than go for 4* at the end of the season. make sure you check the skill points before you buy. It would be the bargain if you buy example 34 is shown only at 3* for level3 and you need only 10 or more skill point to become 4* at 35. So buy wisely and pray he preform at form 7 or 8.

agree, so if i buy a age 18 player with 29(3*) at the begining, then it will may become 35(5*) at the end

I wouldn't waste the tokens bidding doing that, Pricop on here buys free transfers off the market and re sells them for cash, but if your low levelled then its not worth doing that, also players are 1 year older next season so they are devalued a little.
