Fullscreen issue

I am using Topeleven apps on android 2.35. My phone is Sky vega 810K.
The problem i am facing is your apps not running at fullscreen. Pls give me a suggestion.

did you. check the phone type that suitable for this application, mine is Samsung Note II and working fine
