You can create a German group.
Because the GERMANS have a very large GROUP of TOP11 on facebook...And they discuss all there stuffs there...Quote:

They haven't expanded the languages in some time on the Forum, which is a shame since German, Spanish, and Vietnamese all get requested fairly often.
