No full stadium

Fist of all, sorry for my bad english ;)

Now the problem: I play T11 a several time, I have ~900k fans and at stadium everything is at max (260k capacity). In a league-match there are never more than 128k people in the stadium, even if I set the ticket-price to 1$. Whats the problem?!

There is a limit of attendance per level, it doesn't matter that you have the stadium with 260k seats, for your assistance you are level 12 maybe?
