change phone - can't find my club

I'm play Top eleven and my management is level 12 .
I'm change phone .
Now i can't login my club .

after open top eleven with new phone . set my club for new player .

Please help me login in my club .

Do you have that account to a facebook account or you just played it on the app without facebook login.

If your team is associated to a facebook account you just need to open the app with your facebook details.

Otherwise, your team only exista on your old phone, you need to open the app on there and associate your team to a facebook account, before you could play on your New phone, otherwise your team Will be lost forever.
