In the last 4 matches i had 5 players injured. 1 match away and 3 home. My medical facility is at level 1 upgrade to level 2. Most of injured players are MC. They got injured one after another, until i ran out of MC. I bought another 2 MC and today one of them got injured. Lucky me, right? Anybody can explain how i got into this? I'm level 2 and i want to know how this engine works, please... for the future. Has something to do with my medical because it's in upgrade stage?

Well bad luck, but maybe something else.
Keep upgrading those facilities! eventually it does help. It lowers the odds of injury when you upgrade your turf, and of course you get more red packs when you upgrade medical.
But since they are all MCs' maybe there is something in your formation or tactics that is affecting them more. One thing I do on my team is assign a lot of skillpoints to the Physical column of my MC's and DMCs, as they are the hardest working of the players.

Now about those boosters... when i receive health packs from 3 friends it only counts as one. why is that? and not 3 health packs from 3 friends?
I guess it's to stop people using multiple accounts to get lots of gifts...imagine how many skill points you could accrue!
My sympathies...a lot of people have been having similar problems.
Question: if you sell an injured player, does he arrive at the new club injured? I've never had one arrive...
The injured player doesn't show up injured if he was sold when hurt, but I suspect his odds of getting an injury soon after you get him are higher. But it's only a suspicion.
Are you in a country where you receive videos?, if so try to watch as many as you can as you need to keeep your morale and condition above 90% for matches, make sure you do not train before a match but after the ladt match of the day!, use substertutes regular and rotate you squad to give them plenty of rest, try to use all 22 players and have at least two players per position.
Also keep doing all the stadium upgrades as they help reduce injury.
