Youth Facilities

build them or not? After all I've read on this forum about them I'm not so sure I'll build any. Are (free) players coming out so bad?

You need to build your youth facilities because if you don't it will hinder you from making other improvements.

yes,but should I wait until I must build them. I mean,better spend time on upgrading other objects (except scoreboards and lights) than building youth?

Yes. No need to hurry the youth it only produces the players more regular.
