I think it's just cosmetic hun choose whoever you want !!!!!!

I think it kinda makes that player who gets it a little better.. It may be just an impression but I used to score more goals when my captain was in attack, now my capt is in defence and they r doing good at the back :)
I usually give it to a guy who s been in team for at least a full season..
But then again it could very well be just cosmetics lol
