You can keep it how you have it now :) just remove the blue arrow from DMC, he's playmaker and you are killing him... you are forcing him to play in defence :)

They are not scoring, maybe because of your mentality: hard defensive or just because they are bad, dosent metter their stars, sometimes they are performing bad.

You can go to finances and give them win bonus, maybe they will score much often.

You can remove offside (last option) and to play with normal tackling.
