click on their profile and in the top right (or left) there is an arrow with a red mark by it, that removes them from your friends. Also facebook friends do not count towards your total top eleven friends

Yeah man, this is the logical explanation, although it posted the very same message on ANY player I tried to add as my friend. This is why I think my friend list is full. Anyway I removed some idle managers and things are ok now
