I am playing this guy in my league and when I looked at his profile it said that he's level 14 (I'm level 2) but where I'm confused is that it says he started on March 8, 2014, Which should put him at level 3 at the highest, I started on the 28th of march. Can somebody please explain how that's possible?

In the LEAGUE of one of my teams i have a level 9 manager, but i am playing a level 7 LEAGUE.
After the New fixture of changing team have been implemented, those kind of things are normal.
