Yes Potemy is a great idea but I will see only comming back from 1,2 maximum 3 goals :) and I will have 100 teams with same results.

awarded for golden boot, top assist, clean sheets. (either a token per category or 5 skill points to the player who achieves it)

Pricop's just a player like the rest of us, he can't give us things like a stadium upgrade or skill points or tokens.

2. Yes one of the best ideas, but I won't use it, because I already planned some gifts for this edition. For "Best disciplined team" I should give something bigger, maybe a premium emblem or jersey.
