Your offer has been rejected by the manager of the team...When ever this happens its says the winner is BOT...:)...

So far I have bid for 5 players through negotiayions and never got any! so I just dont bother anymore.
MY TEAM FACT: Never bought any player through negotiations!!! :D
I think negotiations is only really useful when you are in the higher levels. I have sold a couple guys only through negs., and bought only one.

I do ok out of negs, i find that if you offer around 6tokens and the price you get them. I have several this season.
I wanna sell someone through negs... They can get me enough tokens for about 2 new high Q players... :)
I bought a player thru nego this season...offer one token to the other manager...I was kinda surprised that the guy actually cared...
I do negotiations through my friends and they give me their players for only 1,2 tokens...
