Bonus codes from tv channel?

Hi,
Where in the game do I enter these codes I see on tv channel "sportklub" sometimes?
Codes like "TE 1234".

on facebook there is a button all the way at the bottom. On the top eleven website there is a tab at the top next to win tokens

Im not so sure he means the gift card number. It could be some sort of coupon?? I wish I got that channel. :D

I think the "redeem" button covers both bonus codes and gift cards.
