What does skill progress mean in training?
How many points he need till he will get a new skill point :)
How many skill points does one need to go up 1 score in quality..
100 for 1 skill point :)

Oh, I readed bad, no, for quality you need 75 skill points :) sorry
Also I read at the end of the year your players go down 1 star? Does that mean if a player is say 24 quality he will go down to 19 in quality?
No, he's quality will remain same :)
So why do they go down in 1 star if the quality stays the same. I dont get it..Quote:

Just follow the bar, when it's full, you get 1 skill point. 15 skill points is 1 quality point, and 75 skill points is 5 quality points and 1 star level, but you will need less if the player has already gained some points.
The stars will reduce, but quality stays the same because relative to their level, they are not as skilled and will be playing against more skilled players.
