I just got 150 skill points from 1150 rest packs in normal mode.....but then my players are training quite slow as most are 9 and 8 star.

so at least i will get 300SP from them in normal mode right? .. that means that the player i will train will get to 9* if im not wrong

Depends on a lot of things such as age , star level starting point , and wether the game engine has decided if your player is a slow or fast trainer.....i dont use the personal trainer , as its bad value for your tokens....
