I sold 2 players with 11 and 9 days injury . Do this injury continue , when the player signing to other team ? And how can we be sure that the player we are buying is not injured ?

nope. when other team buyed your player, the injury gone. only the condition and morale maintain..

they will probably have horrible morale and condition, but when a player gets transferred the football gods heal them up

they heal as soon moved but odds on first game or training they get injured again
