I have been promoted from13th to 14th level(I was 5th), but when I want to buy scout player I saw that they are in range 85-89 like in in the 13th level?
Why?
They should be from 90-94.
Also my players in a squad dont lose their stars, and they are scouts just like in a 13th level.
Am I promoted with 5th place ?
