From personal experience - putting them straight in the team seems to work well - don't really know if this is just for very good players, or if it would be even better the way you tend to do, or if it makes no difference.Quote:

Don't bother breaking them in gradually just through them straight in!, I just played a full 11 new players in the cup!.
