Above this case where you are writing you have more options, you have Bold, Italic, Underline, Font, Size, Text color, emoticons, etc and after them you have inser image, click on it, then choose from computer, select file and upload :)

If you want it in a bigger version, upload it to a photo sharing website like photobucket and then insert URL into here
