Hi, I'm in a 6th level and I need a super striker who has an average 1 goal per game. I can't find that kind of player in the auctions, but I found out that one of the teams in Champions League has that player (in 3 league games 6 goals), so I can buy him by negotiating. My question is if he won't answer the offer or he will reject it, am I going to have my money and tokens back? Thanks.

Yes you will get your money and tokens back...
But don't block your tokens for that player as he will not negotiate for him...
And you cannot negotiate for a player who is greater than 5 star in quality...:)...
Good luck - I doubt he will accept it unless it is a high offer.
