Ich habe ein Team unter einem Facebook-Account X; da ich dieses Account schließen will, würde ich das (erfolgreiche) Team gerne auf mein neues Facebook-Account übernehmen und dort weiterspielen. Wie geht das ?

I manage a team under a facebook-account x; since I have to close this specific facebook account, I would like to overtake my (succesful) team and play it with my new facebook account.
Does somebody here have any idea wether that could work - and if, what do I have to do ?
