    Exclamation I lost my previous Top 11 account!!

    Hi Top 11,

    Its been quite awhile like half a yr, I stop playing top11 from my iphone due to memory full, so I deleted the app thinking I can play it from my comp, but after half yr, I tried login from my comp, I'm been start off as a newbie from lvl 1.
    I can't remember my previous lvl, but i can confirm I have played more than lv 15.
    Can someone pls help me get back my account pls??

    You let it go too long. The Teams disappear after 70 days. You cannot retrieve that Team.
