I must be just a good manager then because its not luck lol.

Luck has to do with it when buying any player. Sometimes, even if the player you buy is one SP from becoming a scout, his performance won't always be satisfying. Sometimes they takeone season or half a season to adapt. Just personal experience.

Some players just suck really bad. I had a ST last season that was scoring less goals than some of my defenders. xD

I know that more than most too, I have been using scouts for the last few seasons, and have learnt how they perform, they are exactly the same brilliant one season ,average the next, brilliant again the season after lol.
