is there a way to improve player's form? as I have an AMC with constant low form 4-5 I make sure he has good morale and condition before games but without benefit. worth to mention that he was on the bench, only recently i started to play with an AMC could the lack of matches be the cause?
Good results, thats the only way.
Maybe next season he will perform better when all the stats are wiped out and everyone has to start from zero again, if he is good quality then you need to remember that form is temporary and class is permanent.
I had a player last season that for the second half of the season almost always had 5 or lower. Played him almost every match, won more games than I lost. I tried resting him for a couple of games which did no good. And his first game this season 5 again. I finally bought a replacement.
