    Lightbulb Auto-subs when offline

I have a DMC and MCs in my tactic.
In auto-subs tab we can put two subs for "Mid".
So, I put one DMC and one MC. I don't have a player who can play both.
Ok, the game begins, my MC injures and who will replace him?
Player in first out of two "Mid" slots or player who can play position of injured player?
Becouse it would be bad if DMC goes in on MC position, or MC to replace DMC.

    Same question for AMC position.
    Let's say I play 442 with dmc-2mc-amc.
We have 2 slots for "Mid" and if we don't have subs who can play multiple position then we have a problem.
How to fit amc, mc and dmc subs in 2 slots?

Another example, let's say i play with dml, dmr, aml and amr.
Those are winger positions right? 2 wing backs and 2 attacking wingers.
How to fit 4 players in 2 "Wng" slots?
This way, if my aml injures it could happen that dmr replace him?!

    Am I missing something here?
    Opinions please..

    Thanks

    Here's what the wiki says:
    " Auto-substitutions

Auto-substitutions are there to help you when you are not able to watch your match. You have 5 available positions where you can place desired players:

    GK (goalkeeper)
    DEF (defensive line)
    WNG (AML/AMR and DML/DMR)
MID (midfield line including ML and MR positions)
    ST (striker)

In case of an injury during a match, the injured player will be substituted by selected auto-substitution after 3 minutes. In case of no selected auto-substitution, the injured player will remain on the pitch which will decrease the overall quality of your team. "
Expressed above is my own opinion. Your results may vary.

I think it would be better if you could choose an auto-sub for each player on the pitch. so if a certain player got hurt then the auto sub for that player goes in
Green Lion, John Naish and Celtic like this.

Sadly you can't auto sub DMC & AMC.

Mid players will auto sub MCs.

Wingers can also be wrongly subbed. Ex. AML into the AMR position.

Of course they can - RJSlow has already pointed out that it would be better if it was for each position on the pitch rather than a general defence, attack etc.:

Sorry - it wasn't that clear - I meant of course they can be wrongly subbed because of the way the auto-subs feature is set up.

So, the point, if I put aml and amr in "Wng" two slots, and my dmr injures, aml or amr will replace him.
That would be sooooo bad and should be solved by dev. team I think.

I had a game where the DMC got injured and it auto-subbed an MC on. Who then scored 2 goals. So I think it does, although the player might be out of position, as previously mentioned.
Not sure about AMC, but don't see why it would be different.
