When is it best to sell a player?

I want to sell 2 x 18 y o.

Is it best to sell them now before end of season, when they are still 18 or wait till new season, with more money and tokens on the market but they will be 19??

I've just sold a couple of players that will be the lowest quality players in my squad next season, in case their value drops when I level up. But there again, its a matter of choice.

Bear in mind that they lose value when you gain promotion...

I've tried to sell everyone I won't need next season.... well... at least the ones I don't need RIGHT NOW.... lol

but remember that you will need players for next season , you will not have all money to replace them all , at least at the start of the season

Yeah.... I hope I haven't screwed myself.... but I have been able to pick up a few players that will transfer over nicely in the past couple days....

I have been trying to rebuild my team for flexibility... the players I inherited upon starting were suited for one formation only... with a few players that didn't easily fit anywhere... since I start 3 competitions this season I feel like I need nearly 2 complete teams...

i have 5 players to sell 1 off which is came from acadamy and not signed contract yet, even though i still have loads off skill points to add to them there`ll be 3 star next season i still plan on selling on first day of season as everyone goes nuts so expect to get more than than there value or at least close to value

I'm trying to sell down to 14 players in the squad before the start of the new season, with an eye on value dropping as they age. However, I'm keeping those available for negotiations and other more tasty players to be sold during the day 1 rush.

Depend, if you will sell them, they will cost more but I doubt to many will bid for them
