You take over another club of level 1 at job center...Otherwise you have to create a new FB account...And if you want to play TOP11 from your same FB account you will have to wait for 60 days (as said by Twitter Help Page)...And during these 60 days do not log into TOP11...:)...
you can either take over a new team buy clicking the manager ( suit ) tab if you have this option yet and once you take over new team there you can not go back to old team, if you don`t want to go this route then the only other option is delete t11 app and not log in for 70 day
