should i let my goalkeeper kick free kicks and penalties?

hi,
I have just signed a really good goalkeeper and he have the best kicks and crossing in my team.
should i let him kick my free kicks and my penalties? will it effect my defence after the attack?
what should i do?

I'd say give him a shot at taking your set pieces for around 10 games and if he provides goals/assists, Keep him on it.
