highest prize of player is 105 M?

Am I right or not? I am level 15 right now and I cant seem more valuable players even in my friends list, wich are 17, 18 lvl...
Does anybody know why is it?

i`m level 18 and highest is £105/6 million, the only problem now is it`s pot luck if you get fast trainer or a dud, and it`s also pot luck if you get any decent young player`s on the dead dodo transfer market i`m on
