All pitch always if u use attacking formation, no matter which cause u will defend weak so u wont let player enter ur half too often, ofside trap iff whole pitch, except if ur oponent use a amc. Own half usually while defensive mentality, with counter attack
Own half u use against weaker teams, but strong team u better of with all pitch, as u dont want them invade ur half with stronger player.
