What are motivated and unmotivated formations/players? What does it mean?
Also I'm really struggling this season against some weaker teams with me using 4-4-2, what orders are recommended overal? Of course I'll be countering if needed.

motivated means using red arrows, although I have never seen someone mention unmotivated, but I would guess that means using blue arrows
Try setting a win bonus, go hard tackling, attacking or hard attacking, force counter attacks, play red arrows on your strikers and midfield, at HT if your struggling take of an MC_put on another ST.Quote:

Thx, I just lost against the number last in my competition :/ I got about 10 q more than every other team + all my players have full condition and motivation or however its called in English. It looks like I have to set the bonus even though my quality margin :/ What team is beside 4-4-2 a proper main formation? Should I try 4-3-3? Or 4-5-1?
