There is nothing wrong with your formation I play it lol!, having said that I would play 4 - 1 -3-2 against the first formation for extra cover against so many forward players, Ml,mc,mr midfield, opt to go 3 upfront at HT if your losing.

Yes 3w-1-4-2 against the second! but remember there are so many variables that effect the outcome of games that there is NO ONE formation guarantee to win every game!, we can only try to do the best with what we have, anyway this will help you play 3w-1-4-2
