I wanna ask can i change my nationality due to the time of my matches played are early in the morning. I put the nationality randomly when i registered and now my friends are playing i wish i can be in the same league and same time with them, can any admin help on this

When you click, you'll see that you can change your nationality, country and city

It doesn't matter. I have people from Turkey on my server and they suffer from the time, it won't change your fixture times so don't bother, it may change your league opponents though.
